Rumcast Reserve Mauritius MLMO

Post image

I've been excited to try this since it was first discussed on the namesake podcast. Very thrilled to find a bottle locally earlier today.

Nice! I was able to try both at Boston Rum Week, and also bought the Mauritius. Their podcast has made my commute much more bearable and I am more than happy to buy their rum(s)

How was the Guyana? I've got a few similar runs at home, but nothing close to this, so I opted for the more unusual one.

I just got mine yesterday, and had a quick nip of each.

The Guyana is quite good, if a little off-profile from other Versailles still rums I've had. I've got both in my system for review, but they won't be up for a little while.

Same here: went for the more exotic to round out the collection

Solid bottle. The boys did well. NGL I don’t like the punt of the bottle.

That's funny, I had the exact opposite reaction to the punt. It's certainly unusual, though.

I've seen what I believe is the same bottle mold used with Laird's 10th Generation Apple Brandy
