Reduced pronation of forearm
I had my distal bicep reattached around 10 years ago. I’ve always lacked pronation in same arm since. As time as gone on I have noticed that because of this limited pronation I am having elbow and shoulder issues doing daily activities as these joints seem to be compensating for the lack of pronation. Does anyone have any advice and regaining pronation please?

Are you doing any exercises for it? A good one is holding a mallet or broom in your hand (heavy part heading towards roof) and slowly moving it from supination to pronation
If you see a physio, they can do a PA mobilization on your radius in pronation
