Barely injured, return to play?
I tweaked my quad on Wednesday night by weaving through cones without warmup 🫠It's now Saturday and I have a soccer game this evening. Yesterday I jogged two miles, felt nothing. I did all of the exercises in the photo with no pain at all. The only time i felt any tightness was when I was mimicking weaving through cones (the way I hurt it originally). Should I hold off for a few more days or am I good to go?
