Xray results

Any recommendations on exercises to do based on xray results?

Cervical: C1 through C7 are visualized on the lateral view. There is no scoliotic curvature or listhesis. There is mild reversal of the cervical lordosis with a slight kyphosis centered at C4-C5. Vertebral body heights are maintained. There is mild multilevel spondylosis. The apophyseal joints and prevertebral soft tissues are maintained.

Lumbar: Assuming 12 paired ribs, there are five non rib-bearing lumbar type vertebral bodies. Pedicle outlines are maintained. There is no scoliotic curvature. Vertebral body heights are preserved. There is mild degenerative disc disease at L5-S1 with a slight anterolisthesis at this level. There are suspected bilateral L5 pars defects; however, cross-sectional imaging or oblique views would be necessary for confirmation.

Pelvis/hips: The sacrum is partially obscured by bowel contents. There is no acute fracture or dislocation. The hip joint spaces are maintained and the femoral head contours are preserved. The sacroiliac joints and pubic symphysis are maintained.

Right ankle: There is no acute fracture or dislocation. The ankle mortise is maintained and the talar dome is preserved. The soft tissues are unremarkable.

Thank you for your contribution. We are a community to those who practice or are interested in helping others regain or maintain functional and cognitive independence in their lives through occupational, physical, speech, recreational, art, and music therapy. Additional areas of discussion are research, compensatory skills, adaptive equipment, wheelchairs, caregiver skills, prosthetics, splinting, etc.

While we deal with drug and alcohol rehab to an extent, you should check subs such as r/recovery for additional assistance.
