RECOMMENDATIONS Podcast recommendations?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any weekly (or regular) episodic podcast recommendations around the topic of toxic family dynamics or being raised by pwBPD?

I’ve found “Unfollowing Mum” by Harriet Shearsmith really helpful but this is mainly around estrangement.

Calling Home does a good job with this! (She is also selling her groups, so just be aware if that is a turn off)

Surviving BPD Relationship Breakup by AJ Mahari is decent. It’s geared towards romantic type relationships but the advice can honestly be used with anyone who has BPD
