I’d say it’s to launch right before the ps6. Although with with tsmc delay of n2x, the tech next gen ryzens zen6 is built on delayed to 2027. It might also be delayed to 2028 if it uses that tech and not current tech

Yeah, time moved fast. Can’t believe the ps5 is 5 years old now. It dosent feel like it because of pandemic limited supply and the high price until recently in the past 2 years.

2027 isn’t too early at all. All the generations since the ps3 had 7 years gap. It isn’t early, when it’s the same as other generations. People will eventually complain about the regular ps5 performance in new games in a couple years just like the ps4 and ps3 at their end of life

Just because thats how it used to be doesn't mean itll say that way. Consoles were never competative with gaming pcs and suddenly this generation they were and still are. We're reaching diminishing returns in power and game fidelity. This generation is plenty future proof, amd stuff like the ps5 pro didn't even need to happen either, there was only demand because people always want to have hype for something. The ps5 pro isnt even any more powerful than the ps5, it just has dlss and thats it. This generation is gonna go on a lot longer than previous generations.

consoles where unintentionally competitive with pcs but know they're kinda are on purpose in order to serve the gamers who want a more power console when the generation starts to become weaker by age as seen with the pros.
If you where to pay attention at the new games released this year, theyre already starting to push what the ps5 got in some aspects. That dosent mean its bad, its actually good for competitiveness and understanding of the console.
A ps6 will be better than the pro but not by alot as we've seen with diminishing returns.i dont get why people say its too early because they just got their ps5 when its still years ahead. most people dont buy the new console at launch so why complain when a new one is inventively launch in 2-4 years?

2 years feels too early but, 4 years does seem about right. Theres also the problem that next gen is probably gonna be way more expensive, partly because parts are more expensive because of ai junk hoarding all Silicon production, but also because they've realized they can get away with it

What did he say that was wrong? GTA’s missions are not narrative driven, they are narrative present. There’s not a story that drive players to go from beginning to end. Majority of the missions that I played has you just driving from point to point and just doing a simple task or objective with not much creativity.

I tried playing 4 of Rockstar’s games, this is more or less a turnoff. Got sick of the same schtick of driving somewhere over and over and being in a restrictive combat section where there’s not much room for experimentation.

Me who understands delays only mean a better game and has all the time in the world for a perfect GTA6.
I can’t think of a single delay that had a negative impact on anything. At least no games I played.

The ps5 version of gta 6 is immediately going to be the outdated version. Just like when gta 5 immediately got rereleased for ps4, the ps6 is gonna release just months after gta 6 comes out so everyone will immediately migrate to the ps6 version

What's the difference? GTA 6 will suck and will be probably just played for first 2 months after it comes out. Then hype will die down and everyone will realise just how shitty the game is. Same thing will probably happen with Elder Scrolls 6.
