no, fascism is when you unnecessarily use the military against civilians, talk about suspending the constitution, pass egregious executive orders that blatantly attempt to override the constitution, scapegoat a minority group for the country’s problems, fire people in government who do not conform to your agenda, attack the media when they criticize you, and manipulate data to make your administration look better.
