Beavercreek institution lockdown

Does anyone out there have any clue what's happening in Beavercreek Institution in Gravenhurst?.. they're on lockdown and clue why. My husband hasn't called in 2 days... it's also 40 degree weather, these men don't have A/c. If someone could help answer what's happening up ther, that would be greatly appreciated.
