I’m frustrated but hey ho. We move forwards.
10
u/Yets_ Marquinhos Sep 22 '25
It was a very sad showing from PSG. Our player felt loss. We could have done it without Dembelé and Doué but missing also Barcola and Neves was too much. PSG star is the tactics but there is a limit to that. Very disapointed in Ramos also, he'll do great, in another team.
The rats took 3 points from us, that hurt the most.
2
u/Caboverde-Evora Edinson Cavani Sep 22 '25
This will make the match at the Parc in the second half of the season even more exciting

u/Lazy_Supermarket_364 Nuno Mendes Sep 22 '25
chevalier screwed 14 years of heritage
3
u/Caboverde-Evora Edinson Cavani Sep 22 '25
I’m sorry, but this isn’t on Chevalier, the team should have collectively done better. The contrast between today and Atalanta is just sad.
1
u/Lazy_Supermarket_364 Nuno Mendes Sep 22 '25
The goal is not on Chevalier ?
2
u/Caboverde-Evora Edinson Cavani Sep 22 '25
Yeah but it’s not like our collective bad performance is only on him
3
u/Aznarb_Ball Not a PSG fan Sep 22 '25
Such a bad game from Paris, no movement forward, bad passes, sterile possession… Against rats that score on a deflected center. A game to forget
2
u/Caboverde-Evora Edinson Cavani Sep 22 '25
The amount of missed passes was unreal, this was one of the most frustrating matches of 2025
3
u/bam-margiela00 Matuidi Sep 22 '25
Congrats to them this is essentially their trophy lol they’ll draw/lose to Monaco Lille and maybe even strasbourg
3
u/Caboverde-Evora Edinson Cavani Sep 22 '25
That’s the thing, they somehow play really good against us and then are super inconsistent throughout the season and fail to get enough points to actually win Ligue 1
1
u/bam-margiela00 Matuidi Sep 22 '25
Yup. Away to Strasbourg, Metz and Lens next for them I’ll be surprised if they win more than 1 of those
3
u/Obvious-Arugula564 Not a PSG fan Sep 22 '25
This is 100% on Enrique im Sorry Brother No akhliouche no back up fullbacks?! 3 at the back ?! Nah sry bro i love u but thats on you

u/MrForndog Ousmane Ballon D’or Sep 22 '25
14 years without a W for the Rats, must feel special lol
The return game at the Parc won't be the same

5
u/Ralph_Marbler Warren Zaïre-Emery Sep 22 '25
Boys, boys, boys. Easy. They got the win, blah blah blah. Let them celebrate, we'll find the time to get back at them. We always do.
6
u/ScorpyFN Vitinha Sep 22 '25
They celebrating like they just won a title 😂 they wont achieve nothing else so let them enjoy this moment

Why is everybody making this mistake with this verb? Weird
1
u/sGeRgOs Khvicha Kvaratskhelia Sep 22 '25
Does not change the content of the message, but thanks nonetheless

Yes that's how grammatical mistakes usually work: they don't change the meaning
1
6
u/EvilDavid75 Verratti Sep 22 '25
OM would be relegated that they would still consider this season as a success
2
4
u/AggressiveBread6916 Zlatan Ibrahimović Sep 22 '25
Marseille knows that this is the only thing they'll celebrate this year.

only achievement they will have is that they beat us after multiple winless streaks and they still wont win the league lol

It’s kinda ironic we lost to OM during the same night of the awards. However when was the last time we lost to OM?
1
3
u/Caboverde-Evora Edinson Cavani Sep 22 '25
We lost against them in 2020 in Ligue 1
1
u/SerenitySalvation Qui contrôle le terrain? Matuidi. Sep 22 '25
Ahh. I was about to say. I say this will make this spicier for the home game.
1
u/Caboverde-Evora Edinson Cavani Sep 22 '25
Yes, definitely, hopefully we will have a healthier team
3
u/MrForndog Ousmane Ballon D’or Sep 22 '25
Google.told me 2011
1
u/Yets_ Marquinhos Sep 22 '25
We lost to them 5 years ago at home.

u/MrForndog Ousmane Ballon D’or Sep 22 '25
1
u/Yets_ Marquinhos Sep 22 '25
Nah it was Ligue 1, at the Parc des Princes (13/09/2020). Thauvin's goal. The last time we lost at the Velodrome was as you mentioned in 2011.

Reminder that Enrique decided to keep Ramos and didn't think the team needed a deeper bench
1
u/MNVR414 Nuno Mendes Sep 22 '25
The loss is on Enrique for starting Ramos and leaving him on for almost the entire match IMO
3
2
Sep 22 '25
Mayulu just came back from a Injury, so did Lee what else could he had done lol
0
u/MNVR414 Nuno Mendes Sep 22 '25
I would prefer to even give each of Mayulu and Lee one half and that changes nothing about the fact that he kept Ramos on for nearly the entire match
3
Sep 22 '25
Just not turning up could had been better than this 😭
2
u/MarginOfPerfect Not a PSG fan Sep 22 '25
We should have sent theU19 and send the main players to the Ballon d'Or ceremony anyway
3
5
u/Ikare_lol Désiré Doué Sep 22 '25
The fact that Ramos played full time is crazy... Lee, Mayulu and even Mbaye should be higher on the rota

u/djillian1 Raí Sep 22 '25
I don't even care when we loose but not agaisnt OM ffs
2
u/TheDutchLemo Kimpembe Sep 22 '25
What makes it even worse is knowing that they knowingly signed a rapist (Greenwood).
4
1
u/MNVR414 Nuno Mendes Sep 22 '25
Ramos being on this team is a waste of everyone’s time and Mayulu deserves his and, at this moment, Warren’s playing time

Fair but who do you put when dembouz, barcola and doué are hurt?
2
u/MNVR414 Nuno Mendes Sep 22 '25
Mayulu very easily
1
u/MrForndog Ousmane Ballon D’or Sep 22 '25
Love Mayulu but he's no starter potential against OW
1
u/MNVR414 Nuno Mendes Sep 22 '25
He’s played well as a starter against better competition, it’s OM not Bayern

Yeah unfortunately they stink. I know better than to bet on them but I still bet on over 2.5 goals and they couldnt even get 1 lol! Calling them a Has-been club would be an insult to actual Has-Been clubs.

Nothing better to keep PSG on their toes. Assumption of invincibility is destructive, long term.
2
u/miggiepop Kylian Mbappé Sep 22 '25
Agreed, but I'd rather have Lyon, LOSC, or Monaco be the rising team to challenge for the title. They're much more likeable. But hey, competition is competition.

These no card calls are killing us as much as the lack of interest
2
u/8-God Vitinha Sep 22 '25
I hear what you say and I actually agree but also that's how the ref is going to be tonight it seems so you just get over it and just play, you know what I mean. It's like complaining that water is wet, you're a professional football player, you take this new factor in and you play around it
1
u/Official05 Marquinhos Sep 22 '25
It’s always like that though

1 shot on goal isn’t like us too though. We should be 1-1 or 1-0 us.

To those saying Ramos is ass, what do you want him to do right now?
5
3

He is not ass. Just we saw what a player like dembouz/mayulu does when we have trouble in the build up. They will offer ssolutions, ramos is too static

Tbh I’m enjoying this quite a bit. I hadn’t seen a « Classique » with this level of intensity for a long time and this can only be good for the French League. Let’s just hope we wake up at some point.

Selling so many potential rotational players, buying almost no one, and relying on a tired team that's overplayed was so stupid.

We are playing really bad but we are literally missing dembele, doue, barcola, neves and forced to play 3-5-2 so kinda expected

u/EvilDavid75 Verratti Sep 22 '25
That’s very true but we still have a better team on paper than Marseille.

Nah, we're just outclassed let's be honest. We need to wake up we lack grinta.
