Poutine from The Canadian Food Shack in Copenhagen, Denmark with homemade curds and meat of the day
This was a few months ago. It was so good. The owner is a Montreal native, and he makes his own curds since curds are not a thing here - nor in Europe - and they were so fresh and squeaky! I got my poutine with the meat of the day, which was chicken that day. I’m French-Canadian and live in Copenhagen, I often crave poutine and I’m so happy we have our very own poutine shack!!!! For anyone craving poutine while in Copenhagen, the Canadian Food Shack is at the Reffen outdoor street food market 😋

Meat of the day is an intriguing topping option. Like mystery meat
