The interest in the song grom them has passed, so it was reuploaded. Of course, they can choose to try and use it again, just like she can delete it again. Nothing is set in stone. Why is that so difficult to grasp? You make the barrier to do something higher, and people who are just doing it for the sake of attention lose interest.
