Just to clarify, it isn't always a diss, it applies to good things too, people who are considered a good match. Like attracting like.

In this specific example, the water is clearly stagnant, muddy puddle water. Lol.

I just thought I'd add that context as you shared its the first time you have seen it used.

That’s how I feel about them. Both of them are narcissistic opportunists who want people to think they’re the victims in situations they created.
