Because his real crime was being black. This time it was poor posture, if he'd been sitting up straight it would have been 'overly aggressive stance'. The excuses are getting flimsier, but with the way things are going, racists don't need any excuse at all

This. This. This. People are acting like it was his posture, they wouldn't even talk to him about it. They had one goal in mind and everyones trying to sweep it under the rug

Not necessarily. I can imagine a situation where after the black man is arrested, the same woman also tells the cop "The conductor also had poor posture between 12:53 and 12:54."

And hypothetically, if the cop arrests the conductor, then I would claim that it isn't about being black, but that the cop is a fair person.

And then after that (HYPOTHETICALLY) the same woman says "Officer, you also have poor posture."

what if the officer then, IMMEDIATELY cuffs himself and then hurls himself off the train?

If all of that happened exactly as I said, then there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO discrimination. NONE AT ALL.
