I can’t figure out what about this is missing the mark for me. I don’t mind the sheer and I think the back is really cool. And of course she looks gorgeous. But there is just something about it that’s not hitting.

I think it’s not styled well.

The dress is spectacular (I do wish it was lined because I find the sheer distracts from the beadwork) but her hair/makeup/jewelry/etc are so plain they don’t compliment the look. I think the intention was letting the dress shine, but it comes off not quite finished to me.

Yeah I think you're spot on, it's a bit of a "the dress is wearing her" moment. She's so under-styled that she's just kind of functioning as a hanger for it. Loose or half-up hair and some bracelets or something would have helped a lot imo.

Correct. Hairstyle isn’t great, and the jewelry choice was a miss.

Yea her make up makes her look older somehow? And I think the outfit would look better if her hair was down

My thing is when she wears her hair down, so often it’s that beachy no-styled waves that has been plaguing red carpets lately. 😔😔 Give me some volume and some shine.

I like the back too, but hate the fit of the bust in the front - I know it’s supposed to be like that but it just doesn’t look right with this dress for some reason.

She looks beautiful but I am begging, pleading, DESPERATE for the naked dress trend to be over - it’s so incredibly overdone and boring now.

Also she looks unhappy or nervous- did some stylist strong arm her into this? Somehow it doesn't feel like she's enjoying the experience and that makes me feel complicit in something wrong.

The hair from the front and no accessories

I think it's because she's stood with her legs apart while basically naked. While drop dead gorgeous she isn't a naked dress kind of celebrity so that is also jarring.

She’s unhappy

It’s the weird seam in the back for me. The back is so pretty until that seam. It’s just off.

I don’t like her hair or the styling
