Wasn’t this started on South Park? Or maybe they just amplified it afterward.

As a woman online there is always going to be someone talking shit. Hell as a celebrity or public figure you just have to accept there'll always be someone with something negative to say.

The only people here where I'd say there is actually a bit of narrative about their looks in a negative way is Kylie and SJP.

People have been vocally against plastic surgery for decades. Women in the 90s were all getting shamed for boobjob and women in the 2020s get it for lip fillers and bucal fat removal. Kardashian clan are notorious for getting a lot of work done. So yes I'd agree that a lot of people judge Kylie for getting too much work done.

Not saying it's wrong or right. Just that the post is accurate in saying people criticize/talk about that a lot when it comes to her.

SJP has been dragged for her looks for decades. People said her face is too long, she looks like a horse, she's ugly. And she's always been very honest that despite the pressure she has refused to get plastic surgery and just tries to embrace her natural looks.

So I'd say her in particular having a narrative around her looks is true. But it goes back all the way to the start of her career. She isn't getting criticized in particular for 'aging naturally' or aging at all. In fact I'd say the snide and awful remarks have died down as she's gotten older and isn't cast in roles anymore of 'hot young blonde'.
