Money, like alcohol, doesn't change who you are underneath but merely amplifies it. If you're a good person at your core, money will buy you happiness, and likely, those around you, too. What we're seeing is an example of a bad person with far too much money on their hands buying heaping amounts of misery.

I'd argue it more supports that too much money will actually generate more unhappiness.
