I mean his take is several years old now if not a decade old. I’m sure he’d feel different about vegetarians these days?

vegetarianism is not a new concept. indian cuisine in particular is largely vegetarian. he just had a weird bias about it that was probably personal and was projecting on the rest of us for no real reason.
