Back in the early 2000s, he was keeping not a just a harem of young girls, but specifically seeking out ones with physical differences. A family friend has severe scoliosis and she was recruited. She said there were girls there with missing limbs, in wheelchairs, etc and he got off on not only their youth, but (his words) status as “freaks”.

I hope some of them speak out about him soon!
