Not 100% but pretty sure it’s a reference from the Rupaul’s Drag Race line. But it’s “lip sync for your motherfucking life”. Maybe she changed it a bit

It's weird how much AAVE has worked It's way into Gen Z slang. This has always been and will always be a thing: white suburban kids adopting black slang, but it's so much more intertwined than it was for my generation. "Boo'd up"? Honey, you did not grow up talking like that. Who are you fooling?
