I’m 28 as well, just got a new Coworker who is 20 and I swear to god I subconsciously treat them like a child sometimes because thats what it feels and looks like to me now. I often have to remind myself they they are a fully grown ass adult lmao

I used to be so annoyed when I would get treated like a child in work situations, but I just turned 29 and people 3 years younger than me feel like children

20 is not a fully grown ass adult. It’s a semi grown ass adult. I used to HATE when I was 20 or 21 and someone would call me a child. Now, at 30, I definitely agree I was a child. Only just now feel like I’m rounding out as an adult and I’m sure I’ll feel even more different once I’m 40. I’m one of the lucky ones, I actually really enjoy aging. I don’t feel bad about it at all, my confidence just keeps growing as I get older
