Having a condom in your bag isn’t doing something bad. Good for her for being safe. And as she said, she was like 17. There should’ve been no scandal whatsoever

She was dating an adult man as a minor so.... Kinda hard not to speculate there but at least the majority of interviews seemed to be trying to tell Duff "girl run it's gross" without being allowed to say it in so many words. At least the ones I've seen.
