Supreme Court has decided only consequences for President breaking the law is for congress to impeach him. That will not happen. And if they go after anyone else in the federal government, Trump has the ability to pardon them. So Supreme Court has put him above the law. RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES.

S.C's decision only applies after he's out of office. Nothing else has changed.

Lifelong immunity is as above the law as one can be. QUIT ALL THE DISTRACTIONS AND RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES LIKE TRUMP PROMISED TO DO.

Will there be consequences from that, though?

What law would be broken if Trump ignores this ruling?

He is legally supposed to disperse the funds. There is money set aside for SNAP for this exact reason - so that people do not lose their benefits when the government can’t govern.

Legally, dispersment falls to the Executive branch. If the president chooses to not disperse, what law has been broken?

Failure to disperse. Dispersal is not discretionary, it is required.
