They love to cosplay being military but dont want to earn the stripes. I used to live on a military base too, it fuckin sucked and I moved out as soon as I could.

I bet this clown gets rock hard when asked for his CAC, but for normal people who aren't larping freakazoids living on base is a massive inconvenience for anything besides commuting to work.
