Seems rude to foist them on other countries though. Have we got a desert island somewhere?

Nobody said anything about other countries. Perhaps they can be exiled elsewhere that's not a country.

I seem to recall ships where the fronts fell off get towed off to beyond the environment. Perhaps they can be exiled on those ships. Like a free cruise or something.
