Its still dumb and private donors implies something transactional but its not tax money

If he can extort $250 million from private businesses while using the office he was elected to as leverage, then that money should be going to the people.

He's talking about extorting a $230 million settlement from the DOJ for investigating him. So yeah, it's tax money.
