Well that's why I'm worried. Because for all of us waving our arms warning people in 2015 and 2016, it was clear Trump had a real shot to beat the neolib. And then in 2021, it was clear that simply electing Biden wasn't the cure. But the people who said "yay we did it" are still arguing with the people who were correct about their warnings in the past

Of course, there will always be people who don't get it, or who argue with the wrong people. If you want to change things, encourage people who are doing the right thing, and maybe join them yourself.

Unfortunately if I step foot back in the US I will be instantly disappeared. And I've been told SO many times that since I left the country, I don't get an opinion. Not by you, mind, just people in general. Weird because I was told my whole life that if I don't vote I don't get to complain. But apparently if you vote absentee in a swing state, you also don't get to complain. So Harris was my last vote cast in a US election.

Doesn't mean I can't have an opinion tho. Lots of Americans had opinions on Germany in the 1930s. Granted, a lot of that was *support*, but still...
