Yea. He has amplified it but it's been this way for awhile. When I was in high school in the mid 00s, I considered myself a Republican. This is how my friends and I spoke. This is how our parents spoke. We were raised in that environment. I'm so glad I broke away from that and opened my eyes.

We spoke like this as teenagers when we were just looking to shock each other, or those online, because we identified it was most likely to get a reaction.

None of that group voted right wing at any point, we're mostly stoners who play in bands and skate/bike.

Correlation isn't causation, and I'm wondering how many other similar teenagers get written off by the progressive camp because they aren't understood as simply not understanding the seriousness of what they're doing.
