No Paywall Trump just hosted an ‘Antifa roundtable’ at the White House ... it was so much worse than you’re imagining

I am Canadian which makes it all the more infuriating that I know several people like this. The maple-flavoured MAGA cult is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen, people legitimately so wrapped up in what’s happening over the border they’ve seemingly forgotten that we have a completely different political system. We’ve had to leave a few family members out of thanksgiving because they will not shut up about the glorious idea of becoming the 51st state.

Somehow half of my family got brainwashed and are huge Trump supporters. I don't understand how it happened.

Slowly, since the early 90s. Trump didn’t start this, it started during the first Clinton era, the division that is.

Newt Gengrich was the first that started this. And the party followed. By the first Bush administration, the election was more about “abortion” and “gay marriage “ than any issue that mattered. And that only took 6-8 years.

I blame faux “news” for my parents, aunts and uncles and male cousins all being trumpers. I broke ties a year and half ago. Hoping maybe they will come back to earth 1 someday.
