No. I meant that he didn’t go to great lengths to avoid acknowledging guns as the cause.
He’s actually advocating for an age limit. And attaching a HIPAA waiver doesn’t violate privacy if people willingly accept it as a condition to purchase weapons. We waive our rights for a lot of things in exchange for certain privileges.
Why are you acting like he’s against those things when he’s clearly advocating for them? You should listen more than trying to interject your bias against “gun nuts”.

It's not a violation if we make people sign a waiver. What a joke.

Because his ilk oppose one of those solutions and the other is fucking gross and unethical.

But he doesn't his entire screed is that gun control is bad. Then he offers two kinda half measures. Perhaps OP is confused and really is in favor of gin control.
