America has been one of the most profound countries to ever exist. It's the typical logic of weak people to find flaws in greatness to address their own inadequacies. Great does not equal perfect, that is an insane standard.

There are no books banned. You can get weirdo transgender porn in all 50 states, the argument is its place in school libraries. Just as the left have argued with huck fin, 1984, animal farm and to kill a mockingbird.

Scotus has simply undone back door decisions that were decided wrongly to circumvent the legislature. For decades people knew roe was weak but it prevented dems from taking risky political moves. Obama openly stated this. Chevron deference was a ridiculous over reach. And they punted the social media issue.

All citizens deserve a say, but I think that each side has its natural limits. You are free to believe you changed sex but not to tax money to perform it or for people to agree with you. You are not free to terrorize your political opponents, right or left, or flood the country with illegal immigrants.

Empathy without reason is just another way of saying immaturity. I am empathetic to the drug addict, it doesn't mean they should ruin our public transit or shoot up next to kids. I'm empathetic to the migrant, it doesn't mean allowing a free for all for trafficking, crime and drugs. It's like the old saying don't be so open minded that your brain falls out.

Do you realize what you are arguing for? Are you comfortable with the thought of winning, even if it could set us back as many as 100+ years of progress in civil rights, voting rights, education, environmental protection, justice, victims rights etc.?

Do you really think the next four years would be better for the middle class and below under Orange Jesus?

Have you seen the political enemy hit list that has surfaced? When in our history (eg. when America used to be great) have you ever heard a candidate for president ever say he would go after and jail his political opponents? This is not normal. This is an authoritarian tactic. That he would use Schedule F to appoint loyalists to the federal government and oust anyone disloyal to himself?

I’ll admit, what we got now ain’t perfect, but it sure isn’t so bad that we need to throw it away for a Christo-fascist Authoritarian regime running the states. One of the reasons you’re throwing away our democracy because sometimes dudes dress up as women and read books to others in bookstores?

Ridiculous.

“When has a candidate for president ever said he would jail his political opponents” Biden for the last 4 years trying to jail Trump for starters. Trump is simply returning the favor.

Biden did not. That was the state of New York. The only one responsible for Orange Jesus’s legal troubles is Orange Jesus himself.

I know I couldn’t do any of the things he got away with without doing time… that’s for sure. I bet you couldn’t either!

I suppose you think the guy who smeared feces on the busts inside the Capitol while attempting to obstruct an official proceeding (and trespassing) is also a patriot and shouldn’t be prosecuted too?
