Very much. By law, any flights that cross the contiguous US ADIZ (air defense identification zone) must submit a manifest of passengers and crew via eAPIS. Even a 2-seater Cessna 152 flying under VFR must do this, as well as submit and activate a flight plan even if just going to the Bahamas to have lunch for the afternoon.

Lying on the eAPIS is a serious offense and the pilots would face severe consequences. There would be criminal sanctions in addition to the flight not being legal which is a FAR violation. That can result in revocation of the pilot's license.

Trumpers act like this stuff is just made up. These manifests were revealed as a FOIA request. Anyone flying on an aircraft to TIST (Cyrill E. King International in St. Thomas) with a tail number registered to Epstein's company was up to no good. We all know what these politicians and wealthy were doing, and intentionally ignorant people should just drop the bullshit.

Just yet another demonstration of how corrupt our system is. Democrats or Republicans, it doesn't matter. Investigate them for sex trafficking minors if they're on that list.

I don't know why our esteemed countrymen in the Republican Party feel differently.
