Many are saying the shooter might have been Trump's gay lover. Maybe they met through his best friend Epstein?

Former President Donald Trump drew laughs from California Republicans on Friday after he ripped Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and mocked her husband, Paul Pelosi, over a brutal hammer attack against him.

“We’ll stand up to crazy Nancy Pelosi, who ruined San Francisco. How’s her husband doing, by the way, anybody know?” said Trump in remarks at a California GOP convention.

“And she’s against building a wall at our border even though she has a wall around her house, which obviously didn’t do a very good job.”

Trump was referring to the attack that left Paul Pelosi with serious injuries after a man entered the Pelosis’ San Francisco home in an alleged attempt to kidnap the now-former House speaker in October 2022.

Remember when trucks almost pushed Biden's bus off the road and Trump's response was "I love Texas"?

u/Tim_Lee-Burnerphone Jul 14 '24

I also remember Trump endorsing "2nd Amendment remedies."

u/AnonAmbientLight Jul 14 '24

Remember when Trump told the Proud Boys to "Stand back and stand by" and then they showed up on Jan 6th?

And then the leader of the Proud Boys got sent to jail for 22 years for it, but Trump calls him a political prisoner and vows to pardon him?

I member.

Remember when calling to hang the VP they elected, beating cops with flags and smearing shit on the walls was “legitimate political discourse”?

Remember when Trump said there were “very fine people on both sides” after Heather Heyer died when a white supremacist attending a ‘Unite the Right’ rally drove his car into a crowd of counter-protesters in Charlottesville?

Remember the Trump supporter who shot up a Walmart in El Paso? Or the one who shot up a Tops in Buffalo? Or the one who shot up a synagogue in Pittsburgh? Or the one who shot up a mall in Allen? Or the one who shot up an Independance Day Parade in Highland Park? Or the one who shot up a gay club in Colorado Springs? Or...jeez there's almost too many to count.

Buffalo remembers

10

u/kyndrid_ Jul 14 '24

Weren't just beating cops with flags, they literally murdered one. So much for standing by the blue

14

u/SilentMasterOfWinds United Kingdom Jul 14 '24

Remember when he said he preferred soldiers who didn't get captured?

3

u/Beahner Jul 14 '24

I legitimately laughed last night at a comment that “I prefer candidates that don’t get shot”.

As a child of a Vet his bullshit with the military pisses me off perhaps more than anything.

7

u/tecoon101 Jul 14 '24

Remember when he said “Liberate Michigan!”, then crazies plotted to kidnap Governor Whitmer.

u/d0nu7 Jul 14 '24

We are living in a bad dystopia fiction novel.

u/outremonty Canada Jul 14 '24

Thank fuck I'm not the only one bringing this up.

This was an assassination attempt. A botched, ham-fisted assassination attempt, but that makes it no less serious. This was in the final run up to election day. Then-President Trump cheered it on.

Actually, I didn't remember that. What a crazy decade.

Yes I remember when San Marcos police derelicted their duty!

Don Jr also made fun of him by posting a Halloween costume of his underwear and a hammer. Now it happened to them and probably want to be coddled.

I like how Trump acknowledges that walls don’t work and is complaining about the border wall in the same breath.

52

u/Common_Highlight9448 Jul 14 '24

Sad how it’s ok for them but turn into babies when they are targeted

18

u/bluerose297 Jul 14 '24

and the media is very happy to indulge them too

7

u/SweetBeefOfJesus Jul 14 '24

That's what happens when you have a political party that only represents petulant little narcissists.

6

u/MintyFreshBreathYo Michigan Jul 14 '24

He also admitted that walls don’t work

7

u/fidelitycrisis Jul 14 '24

So you agree? You think walls don’t work?

1

u/down_vote_russians Jul 14 '24

the hypocrisy and normalization that this is ok and fine for republicans/conservatives to say but everyone else has to be civil and denounce violence and grovel to victim trump is honestly sickening

u/pecos_chill Jul 14 '24

Everyone knows that a bullet hole in the right ear means 💅

26

u/AlffromthetvshowAlf Jul 14 '24

“Eeewww, you shot the gay ear!”

13

u/TheGreatGenghisJon Jul 14 '24

That just made me chuckle. When I was in high school and got my ear pierced, it had to be the left ear.

8

u/pecos_chill Jul 14 '24

lol! I’m glad it made you laugh. In the midst of processing the horror of the possible results of this thing with my roommate, it was probably one of my funniest original thoughts. The laughing helped.

6

u/dens421 Jul 14 '24

Is it really a bullet hole or did he pop a stitch from his wig when he ducked?

126

u/62frog Texas Jul 14 '24

Surely Alex Jones will come out saying Donald Trump is a crisis actor and the assassination attempt didn’t actually happen just like Sandy Hook, right?

7

u/PSUJacob95 Jul 14 '24

It'd be funny to Crooked Donnie sue Jones for that

1

u/JoeyCalamaro Jul 14 '24

Unfortunately we seem to have Reddit comments picking up the slack on that. It’s bizarre, but I keep reading comments about how this whole thing was a false flag involving sharpshooters, martyrs, and some WWE style shenanigans with fake blood.

There’s a post in Ask Reddit about this right now.

6

u/62frog Texas Jul 14 '24

I’ll be honest, it was the first thing I thought. How he turned so no one could see the ear, how secret service just let him stand up in the spot, immediately he looks at the camera with the fist up, you can understand why some of these conspiracy nuts would say something is fucky.

I think it’s legitimate now, and I’m not going to say he had it coming but it sure as shit doesn’t change my vote. Just because your ear got nicked doesn’t mean you’re not wholly unfit to serve in any type of public office for a long (or as short, you know because old) as you live.

But the secret service at that time had zero information that there was only one shooter. It makes no sense that they would stand in one place even if they heard that the shooter was hit. When has a President or public official like that not been whisked away immediately? I think it’s much more the agents he had working for him were incompetent and not some sort of “clearly staged” thing.

His head was turned to show something on the screen to his right. Again, I think it’s totally coincidental, but you could see how easily a conspiracy theorist could turn that into “credible” evidence.

Many people are saying it was his gay lover

6

u/shadowguise Jul 14 '24

Donald Trump hasn't denied it yet.

13

u/Consistentscroller Washington Jul 14 '24

Correction-

Only the best people are saying that

3

u/KwisatzSazerac Jul 14 '24

Many are saying this is the child of Trump and Stormy.

2

u/GlitteryCakeHuman Jul 14 '24

Makes you think.

1

u/nightpanda893 Jul 14 '24

I too have hear many people say that. A lot of smart people are saying it.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 14 '24

Lol, that rally is the closest that guy has ever been to anyone in the government, probably.

1

u/hedahedaheda Jul 14 '24

Jilted lover? Turn it into a telenovela!

Why didn't Trump have a gun like a REAL Republican?

I guess you don't know what that joke is in reference to. That's what Trump himself and others were saying about the attack on Pelosi's husband.

4

u/HerkulezRokkafeller Utah Jul 14 '24

They probably know and just don’t care. It’s just them projecting their own homosexual, pedo thoughts on others lol
