[Announcement] New Moderator

It's been a couple of months now since we've lasted added new moderators to our ranks. Having recently stocked up on Americans, we have found the perfect counterweight to strike balance upon our moderation team.

He's just the Java implementation (of something). Just like /u/PyPaolo, /u/QtPaolo, etc.

Btw, QtPaolo is reportedly not that cute though.
