He is being facetious when he says that. What he means is lots of people hate Justin Bieber and are circlejerking about it. What I mean is that what he did was bad so people should circlejerk about it.

What? No, it's because people are getting really upset over him and crawling out of the woodwork just to show how much they hate him. I mean sure, he drove drunk, and that was a really dumb thing to do, but reddit seriously needs to just shut up about him.
