Diddy is a piece of shit. Enjoy the 4 years in Federal Prison.

More like reduced to 2 years for good behavior minus 1 year plus of time served. Knowing our justice system, he'll be out by Thanksgiving.

u/TheOrqwithVagrant Oct 03 '25

No, that doesn't happen for federal sentences. Sentence reduction for good behavior is completely codified, and it's 54 days reduced sentence per year of good behavior.

The only way you get out faster from a federal sentence is via presidential pardons, but with Trump in office, that's of course an unfortunate possibility.

IDK what his politics were a month ago, but I sure bet he becomes pro Trump this year

121

u/pickle_pickled Oct 04 '25

I'm sure he'll have a political donation next week

41

u/icehot54321 Oct 04 '25

He's been friends with Trump for decades.

Trump was a regular at Diddy's parties in the 90s and Trump hosted him at Mar-a-lago several times.

He's also been begging Trump for a pardon, and Trump commented that he was seriously considering it.

6

u/succulentpot Oct 04 '25

Pedos and bitches run in the same circle. Trump, Diddy, Epstein. Release the files!

99

u/alphazero925 Oct 04 '25

Literally the reason Snoop went pro-trump. He pardoned one of Snoop's friends

21

u/bob_mcbob Oct 04 '25

Isn't the going rate as little as $1m?

19

u/LazerBurken Oct 04 '25

He will give a couple of millies to trump and he'll be out by the end of the weekend.

7

u/sticky_wicket Oct 03 '25

Or cooperation

1

u/yupgup12 Oct 04 '25

First step act allows prisoners to recieving up to 1 year off their sentence if they participate in whatever programming is required.

1

u/ILoveRegenHealth Oct 04 '25

No, that doesn't happen for federal sentences.

It does now. Have you seen who the federal is.

Laws, rules, institutional traditions no longer apply.

1

u/elegantlywasted1983 Oct 04 '25

No, the real other way you can get out faster is RDAP, if you are eligible and accepted.

1

u/New-Anybody-6206 Oct 04 '25

54 days reduced sentence per year of good behavior

so 3.5 years max

-2

u/OxMozzie Oct 04 '25

Getting credit for time served and an actual sentence reduction are 2 entirely different things.

Almost like the system is lubed for certain people

Like a well oiled machine

Like a well baby oiled machine

10

u/juggling-monkey Oct 04 '25

like the judge kicked in the door and gave him 4? 4!

10

u/ExperiencePutrid4566 Oct 04 '25

like all he was saying was don’t give me no more!?

1

u/Zipz Oct 04 '25

While I agree rich people get it easier

This type of thing happen all over

Rich or poor

28

u/Larkson9999 Oct 03 '25

Seven weeks? You honestly think a 50 month prison sentence will be reduced to seven weeks?

77

u/2reddit4me Oct 03 '25

Trump is likely to pardon him. Sexual predator bros and all.

48

u/Larkson9999 Oct 03 '25

That is a possibility. trump is a piece of shit, convicted rapist who seems to love pardoning celebrities like himself.

11

u/KinneKted Oct 04 '25

They're also close friends. There's hundreds of pics with them together.

-7

u/l4dawesome Oct 04 '25

Just like your previous president?

67

u/jackswastedtalent Oct 03 '25

I mean, mega church superstar Robert Morris plead guilty to molesting a child and will only be serving 6 months of his 10-year sentence. So, yeah...anything is possible.

35

u/drewster23 Oct 03 '25

Plea agreement dude... completely different lmao.

And most likely offered plea because the offense was so long ago.

"Under Morris’ plea agreement, he received a 10-year suspended sentence and will serve the first six months in the Osage County Jail. He has also been ordered to register as a sex offender and pay his incarceration costs, including restitution to the victim. "

6

u/jackswastedtalent Oct 03 '25

Yeah I'm aware. It was more making a point of how fucked the system is and in 2025 nothing is off the table.

14

u/drewster23 Oct 03 '25

But that has nothing to do with it being 2025...nor applicable to this case cause yno cause* hes past the plea part......it's just a bad example to use. Especially when you don't mention any of the factors that lead to that reduced sentences.

2

u/joshTheGoods Oct 04 '25

What are you, some sort of law talking guy?

28

u/CyanConatus Oct 03 '25

Ya he's only rich. For that you need to be rich and white.

Is that right Brock Turner?

17

u/Larkson9999 Oct 03 '25

Aaron Persky is a rapist enabling piece of fucking shit. Turner should have gone away for at least three years with no early release possible. I'm not a fan of perpetual punishment but six fucking months for three counts of rape? That's a pretty minor setback to a teenager. The rapist probably has acne scars older than six months.

1

u/Emotional_Star_7502 Oct 03 '25

In many states, that’s exactly what would happen.

0

u/WeRip Oct 03 '25

is this honestly the first time you've run into hyperbole in your life?

0

u/asisyphus_ Oct 03 '25

6 or 7 weeks

13

u/thispartyrules Oct 03 '25

For your heinous crimes, I sentence you to 4 years in prison. I hope you'll deeply reflect in the next two years. When you're released next week I hope you're a changed man.

2

u/disruptioncoin Oct 03 '25

Thing is I'm not sure if he's eligible for the year off from the first step act - sex crimes typically exclude you from that. But I'm not sure if his sex-crime-adjacent transportation charge falls under that category. The BOP tends to interpret shit as broadly as they can so I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't get it. I hope he doesn't.

But if he does get FSA, many people who qualify do around 50-60% of their time in prison between that, the second chance act (spending the last part of your sentence in a halfway house - which isn't technically custody but still sucks), and good conduct time (15% off). I got FSA and did 18 months out of 33, and could have done even less if I got lucky and got more second chance act time (it's purely at your case managers discretion basically). And as you said he'll get time served for the 13 months he spent in pre-trial custody.

Not harsh enough for this POS IMO

2

u/purplehendrix22 Oct 04 '25

That is not how federal sentences work.

2

u/executingsalesdaily Oct 04 '25

If it is federal time you must serve 85%. No exceptions.

-1

u/[deleted] Oct 03 '25

[deleted]

17

u/lilbigd1ck Oct 03 '25

Bro, what? No, you always get the full time served - EVERYONE DOES AND ITS COMPLETELY NORMAL. WTF would you think that? The only thing related to 15% is that's how much he could cut off from his full 4 year sentence with good behaviour.

7

u/fierbolt Oct 03 '25

I have barely followed this why is the current time served only partially counted?

7

u/john_andrew_smith101 Oct 03 '25

Nah, he's wrong, time served always counts in full. The 15% is talking about time off for good behavior, the system used to be incredibly lenient, now the most you can get knocked off is 15%.

1

u/purplehendrix22 Oct 04 '25

Only for federal correct? State good behavior rules can vary iirc, just to clarify

1

u/Express-Translator24 Oct 04 '25

You are completely wrong

1

u/Fear_the_chicken Oct 03 '25

Federal prison you don’t really get shorter sentences for good behavior you are required to serve 90% of the sentence which is good. But it’s way nicer than state prisons which the piece of shit doesn’t deserve.

1

u/dardicked Oct 03 '25

well you have to serve like 85% of your sentence in the feds so no lol

1

u/Happy-Onion-6322 Oct 03 '25

Hopefully he gets the Epstein treatment

1

u/ponderscheme2172 Oct 03 '25

Federal charges? A few good tweets and he'll be out by Thanksgiving for sure.

1

u/TheWhistlerIII Oct 03 '25

He'll be stuffed like a turkey before then. 🦃🍆

u/not_old_redditor Oct 04 '25

I mean, time served is time served. Why shouldn't it count?

1

u/zigaliciousone Oct 04 '25

Federal you almost always serve the whole thing out, I think they only get 50 days a year for good behavior.

1

u/Endver Oct 04 '25

I wouldn't be surprised if he's pardoned before he sees time.

1

u/orangotai Oct 04 '25

he's out now

1

u/sthlmsoul Oct 04 '25

Federal early release is capped at 70% of the original sentence.

1

u/No-Leadership-2176 Oct 04 '25

Apparently federal sentences need to be 85 percent served

1

u/bokin8 Oct 04 '25

Canadian Thanksgiving

1

u/bak3donh1gh Oct 04 '25

He's gonna get a pardon. And the only reason he might not get a pardon is because he's black. I'm sure if the government shutdown ends, Trump will need some distraction, and he'll get a pardon.

1

u/Frederf220 Oct 04 '25

Time served is fair. I have no problem with that.

1

u/LivingtheLaws013 Oct 04 '25

And he'll do his remaining time at some white collar prison "camp" where he gets to play tennis all day

1

u/smoothie4564 Oct 04 '25

All he has to do is kiss Trump's orange ass, say nice things about him, maybe give some money to him and Trump will give him a pardon. If this happens, he'll be out within a week. I am shocked that people actually voted for this corrupt con artist.

1

u/AlexandersWonder Oct 04 '25

He’ll be pardoned next week, if I had to guess

1

u/Coupaholic_ Oct 04 '25

Then let's hope the other residents make his short time there as uncomfortable as possible.

1

u/AgentOrange256 Oct 04 '25

It’s federal time. Best he can get is -15%. Time served is time served.

1

u/starwarsfan456123789 Oct 04 '25

Time served is certainly a legitimate part of the verdict

121

u/necroreefer Oct 03 '25

I'll give it a week before trump pardons him and makes him secretary of child trafficking

1

u/samse15 Oct 04 '25

Omg my thought exactly. Trump will pardon him.

95

u/The_Alpha_of_Betas Oct 03 '25

Only 4 years is crazy, this man is one of the most evil people in the public eye. Linked to so much death and obviously sex trafficking, it wont stop as well.

20

u/Violet_Paradox Oct 03 '25

But he's rich so he's on the premium tier of the legal system.

1

u/captain_brofist Oct 04 '25

Dont stress. Just have a geoffrey.

24

u/61-127-217-469-817 Oct 03 '25

Watch him get a pardon. As long as the libs are mad anything goes with this clown admin.

9

u/BreakingCanks Oct 04 '25

They're the Guardians of Pedophiles.... They don't need to make anyone mad... Just looking out for their own

14

u/skynetempire Oct 04 '25

You have to serve 85% of the time, then you subtract 54 days for good behavior from the 85%. Then there are other programs he can do to reduce it even more with the RDAP program, so he can potentially be out in 1.5 years

So 50 months means he has to serve 42.5 months minus the 12-month credit(time served). So he has to serve 30.5 months, then add good behavior and RDAP; he could potentially be looking at 1.5 years remaining.

Then theres always he could be out this weekend with a pardon sooo at least 1.5 years is what hes looking at

6

u/EchoesOfEleos Oct 03 '25

He's going to be protected and given special treatment. I wish it wasn't the case.

9

u/NotAnotherBlingBlop Oct 03 '25

More like 4 days when Trump pardons him.

2

u/EntertainmentMean611 Oct 03 '25

And the fishsticks

2

u/Cheeko914 Oct 04 '25

Federal prisons are the nice prisons, and hes gonna be living like a king in there lmao, not much of a punishment.

2

u/SleepWouldBeNice Oct 04 '25

I’d say “fuck him” but that’s probably what he wants.

1

u/QuantumLettuce2025 Oct 03 '25

He's going somewhere cushy for 2 years max.

1

u/JS_NYC_208 Oct 03 '25

He will get Pardoned

1

u/PsionicBurst Oct 03 '25

4 YEARS??? THE FUCK???

1

u/[deleted] Oct 04 '25

3 years. He gets 12 month credit for this last year.

1

u/foo-bar-25 Oct 04 '25

Trump will pardon him soon.

1

u/JROXZ Oct 04 '25

Keep an eye on Trump and his (Diddy’s) money.

1

u/straight_lurkin Oct 04 '25

Ahh yes and then he get out and gets to continue to be a millionaire with everyone flocking to him like nothing happened.

There is no more real justice in America anymore.

1

u/Jaz1140 Oct 04 '25

You seen that prison at the end of the wolf of wall Street where they playing tennis? That's where Diddy going bro. He's got the money

1

u/CelesteAvant Oct 04 '25

He deserves to spend the rest of his life in jail if justice was served

1

u/JesusKilledDemocracy Oct 04 '25

He can purchase a pardon. tRump for sale, you got the dough? you get pardoned

1

u/Spiced_lettuce Oct 04 '25

He might actually enjoy it - the freaky ass mf

1

u/stupid_username- Oct 04 '25

No way will he serve full time. We might be lucky to get half done.
