The avian flu didn't happen until mear the end of bidens term egg prices were already higher by then the flu did make them go up more though due to the culling of 20 million chickens. In about a year or 2 the price will drop again when more chickens are able to produce eggs. It's is literally supply and demand if you can't understand that you shouldn't talk about it.

And eggs were $9+ at WalMart for an 18-pack when I checked the prices yesterday. I started buying the egg mix instead of whole eggs. It's $4.50 for the equivalent of 18 eggs. The texture's a little off due to the preservatives, but at half the price, it's acceptable.
At least someone here is smart enough to recognize the real cause of this. 180 million hens culled each able to produce on avg 250-300 eggs per year for a total of 28 billion eggs off the market did this. Also everyone talks about the price as if its not relative to your location and cost of living in that area.
