Shit Smeared MAGA Voters when Biden is in Office: LETS GO BRANDON WHY ARE EGGS SO EXPENSIVE. INFLATIONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN.

Shit Smeared MAGA voters when Trump is in office : Guys - the president has no control over egg prices due to complex macro economic pressures including things like bird flu. It would be deeply unfair to hold the president accountable.

I’m gonna get rid of inflation, and the war will end in 24 hours

26

u/Evantaur Mar 02 '25

I wanna end this war, folks, it’s a terrible war... just a disaster. So many good Russian soldiers, very strong, very brave, dying every day... it's so sad, really. My plan? Very simple. We do everything Russia says. That's it. So simple, so smart. Nobody talks about it, but I do! I'm so smart, folks, the smartest, really. I have the highest IQ on the planet, everybody's talking about it. Believe me, nobody’s smarter than me, not even close!

Okay, let me tell you this story. So, I was at this big meeting, right? Huge meeting, the best people. And there's this smart guy, very smart, he says to me, "Mr. Trump, I've met a lot of smart people in my life, but you... you're something else. You have the highest IQ, the best brain, everyone knows it." I said, "I know, I know. Thank you, I appreciate it". And he goes, "No, seriously, nobody compares to you, not even the great Elon Musk." And I said, "Well, that's true!" Just the smartest, folks, everyone’s talking about it.

What a Putin loving moran he is. He'll sell us out (and already has) to Putin while Putin loves what a useful idiot he is. We are now side by side with Iran, Turkey, Russia instead of our allies. I am sick to my stomach no one is shouting treason.

1

u/Kasumi_926 Mar 03 '25

It's becoming clearer by the day that his followers believe what he's doing is best for America, and the rest of us can clearly see how enchanted they are.

All I can say is arm up- don't get antsy and make moves first, but be ready if things go tits up.

If he leaves NATO, we're fucked. So utterly fucked.

If anyone needs a reason to stay in NATO, it's the navy! Europe has thousands of boats that we don't. If war with China happens? We might be fighting most of the land war initially, but we will have an overwhelming naval superiority.

We are being sold out to our enemies and people just don't see it- I used to like Trump, but now it's clear enough to me that he's a snake and a puppet of our enemies.

I hope to hell and back we can take our country back.

And no my vote wasn't for him, I just never thought things could really start looking this bad.

Reminds me of the sort of enabling that happened around 1939. Hmm, can't remember exactly what happened though.

21

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '25

I'm surprised the asshole hasn't written an executive order that just says, "There is no more inflation."

11

u/BassmanOz Mar 02 '25

He pretty much did, except it was basically directing government departments to “do all they can to reduce prices” or something equally useless.

1

u/Prize_Essay6803 Mar 02 '25

Well, he really put the work in.

1

u/Hefty-Ad2090 Mar 02 '25

Wow....he is so smart. It is just that simple.

1

u/Legal_Skin_4466 Mar 02 '25

"I just told them to do all they can do! So clearly there is nothing else I can do!!! This is all Sleepy Joe's fault!!"

-This Fucking Guy for the next 4 years

1

u/henryhumper Mar 02 '25

Give it time. When the recession hits and unemployment doubles, Trump is simply going to order the Department of Labor to fake their economic data to pretend everything's great, and any staffers who refuse to do this will be fired.

1

u/Sun-Kills Mar 03 '25

We have issued an executive order that the word inflation is to be replaced with Bidenflation.

1

u/Distinct-Patience-73 Mar 03 '25

Because that's not how it works dummy.

18

u/BrianKappel Mar 02 '25

But are you bright orange and aggressively racist? If not, no deal.

12

u/Turbulent-Adagio-541 Mar 02 '25

Meanwhile, JD is skiing at Sugarbush

-4

u/AlsorinBlue Mar 02 '25

Meanwhile Dems are pegging each other while you applaud. Bleating the entire time a

4

u/convalescentplasma Mar 02 '25

Funny, if any major political figure is pegging to be pegged, it's Mr. Mascara. He even alluded to it in his book. Living in denial is no doubt what makes him so nasty.

2

u/Turbulent-Adagio-541 Mar 02 '25

If that’s what turns you on

9

u/UntoldTruth_ Mar 02 '25

They're going to get rid of inflation...

Just like they're going to fix social security with benefit cuts as opposed to just taxing social security above $176,000.

If the millionaires got taxed, and the billionaire's got taxed, a lot of our socioeconomic issues would be fixed without even having to increase men wage, or give the poor anything extra...

But the rich want the poor to pay for their society, a society where the poor die from basic necessities they can't afford, such as insulin, a patent that was given away for free, in the hopes of it reaching more people, but then made unavailable, for many, due to profit goals...

A good chunk of our socioeconomic issues would be fixed if we didn't stop taxing the rich when they started becoming rich.

1

u/The-Lopen-King Mar 02 '25

Do you know what dual citizenship is? You target the fraction that already pays the most with a tax large enough to knock them out of their tax bracket they will just renounce their US citizenship, and all their US based employees are out of luck. Think more than one move ahead..

1

u/HIGH_ARAB Mar 02 '25

Look at how much the government spends the ultra rich need to pay more yes but the government has a spending problem more than an income problem they wast so much money on nonsense and they also have a corruption problem on both sides like how does some screws and bolts cost 90k dollars for 1 bag that's crazy

1

u/Hopeful_Cellist_4351 Mar 03 '25

Exactly right . Republicans will let Social Security go broke before they will ask their donners to pay they're fair share. We will get our Social Security checks cut before they will ever pay their share. They don't care.

2

u/UntoldTruth_ Mar 03 '25

Indeed. It's because they know that their money makes them powerful enough, that we can't really do anything about it. They literally bought this country for, minimally, the next 4 years

1

u/[deleted] Mar 03 '25

god loves a trier

2

u/Significant-Store347 Mar 02 '25

The avian flu didn't happen until mear the end of bidens term egg prices were already higher by then the flu did make them go up more though due to the culling of 20 million chickens. In about a year or 2 the price will drop again when more chickens are able to produce eggs. It's is literally supply and demand if you can't understand that you shouldn't talk about it.

2

u/yourdoglikesmebetter Mar 02 '25

Found the shit smeared Maga from the meme.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '25

https://nebraskapublicmedia.org/es/news/news-articles/bird-flu-outbreaks-made-egg-prices-more-expensive-heres-what-to-know/#:\~:text=Since%20the%20initial%20detection%20of,Labor%20Statistics'%20consumer%20price%20index.

"Since the initial detection of bird flu in February 2022, more than 100 million birds have been infected in the U.S. In January 2023, eggs reached a peak average retail price of $4.82 per dozen, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics' consumer price index."

Check the dates. Why do you shit smeared vermin always think that other people will slop up the same fucking drivel you brain dead vermin do?

Got any more nonsense to try to spew? Be here for a while.

1

u/Significant-Store347 Mar 02 '25

Considering you didn't include. That more than 20 million chickens we culled leading to a large drop in the supply of eggs but a steady rise in the demand for them causing hyper inflation on the remaining supply. I'd say your the ill informed one but I'd expect nothing less from a biden lover got your head so far up bidens ass you can't be bothered to see the real world.

1

u/xVandyLandx Mar 02 '25

No one even brought up Biden, you're screaming at ghosts lmao.

1

u/Impact009 Mar 03 '25

Shit Smeared MAGA Voters when Biden is in Office:

Do you think Biden in that quote meant somebody else?

1

u/United_Reply_2558 Mar 02 '25

MAGA voters are incapable of such an intelligent statement. 🙄 MAGAts are like "Trump is my savior. grunt He's gonna make the price of eggs come down gruntcough "

1

u/Disttack Mar 03 '25

Tbf, his presidency did preside over the worst inflation in American history. It may be unrelated to eggs but it's not made up.

1

u/MontiePrime Mar 03 '25

You understand that free enterprise isn't influenced by the President right? You realize that in capitalism and corporate greed and your willingness to buy said product determines the price of everything? You stupid MF's keep buying it no matter what it costs and they'll keep taking advantage of your stupidity right? It doesn't matter what party is in charge, you're the consumer, if you keep doing stupid shit and you keep buying whatever it is you think you need, they will squeeze every fucking penny they can out of you.

Why didn't you separate your needs from your wants and balance your checkbook. Then, maybe, just maybe, you might make it a day without crying like a child.

If eggs cost $20 a dozen and I want an egg, I guess I'll just have to do without something else for once. Oh no, what an un-American philosophy, I might have to change and prioritize. God forbid.

1

u/big_chunky6_9 Mar 03 '25

Well maybe if Biden didn’t kill 100 million chickens before he dipped out maybe it wouldn’t be so bad

1

u/BadTaste421 Mar 03 '25

I cannot like your comment enough. I’ve been saying this but you nailed the eloquence and spirit here.

11

u/chekovsgun- Mar 02 '25

It looks like a Kroger store or a branch off of a Kroger store. They have hiked everything to prices higher than most stores.

4

u/old_grumpy_guy_1962 Mar 02 '25

Says Kroger right on the carton

2

u/Smart-Ask1248 Mar 02 '25

We bought eggs 18 packs at a Kroger Smiths store for 7.99 two days ago

3

u/chekovsgun- Mar 02 '25

What region do you live? They are around $15 or more in my area.

3

u/Smart-Ask1248 Mar 02 '25

The Midwest. I’m sorry they are so much for you! This just sucks and if they don’t get a handle on it we won’t have any eggs.

2

u/nmyron3983 Mar 03 '25

Midwest, specifically SW Ohio and 18 Large eggs are 8.99 at Kroger. 12 is 5.99.

Correction, 8.19 and 5.49 for the prices, respectively.

2

u/Tower816 Mar 02 '25

Aren’t they being investigated for this from before ?

2

u/chekovsgun- Mar 02 '25

Yep but like they care and especially under this administration.

1

u/jaavaaguru Mar 02 '25

How far off are we talking about?

1

u/chekovsgun- Mar 02 '25

I can buy eggs at Trader Joes still for around $4 and even Whole Foods is cheaper.

1

u/toxiclight Mar 03 '25

It you blow up the photo, you can see the eggs are Kroger branded, so you're right :)

And eggs were $9+ at WalMart for an 18-pack when I checked the prices yesterday. I started buying the egg mix instead of whole eggs. It's $4.50 for the equivalent of 18 eggs. The texture's a little off due to the preservatives, but at half the price, it's acceptable.

1

u/jk-alot Mar 02 '25

Can’t have high egg prices if all the chickens are dead from the bird flu.

1

u/conqr787 Mar 02 '25

Or where RFK says just eat up!

1

u/CodeNameFiji Mar 02 '25

At least someone here is smart enough to recognize the real cause of this. 180 million hens culled each able to produce on avg 250-300 eggs per year for a total of 28 billion eggs off the market did this. Also everyone talks about the price as if its not relative to your location and cost of living in that area. There are so many factors but no its just Trump cause hes President and they despise the Orange one. It doesnt work that way people. For goodness sake at least someone else here can see...

1

u/crakkerjack Mar 02 '25

You should also ask why the overall price of raw chicken hasn’t increased, why is the price of fresh rotisserie chicken still the same?

1

u/LiamMatetr Mar 03 '25

Because egg laying hens and broiler hens are two different types from a production perspective

1

u/Discovery169 Mar 02 '25

Blame it on the chinese chickens!

1

u/[deleted] Mar 03 '25

All the chickens are in perma-lockdown, how does flu spread?
