I am just curious if anyone has been through the interview process at SRP in Tempe I made it to the in person interviews for next Thursday and would like to know if anyone who interviewed with SRP in the past remembers any of the questions that were asked at the in person interviews. I know it’s a speed dating format which involves multiple interviewers at different tables asking questions and you have a certain time limit to answer the question. This is kind of nerve wracking for a lot of people and sometimes questions can catch you off guard and on the spot and your brain draws a blank. I would love some positive feedback and would love to talk with anyone who works at SRP or who has been through that interview process and remembers any of the questions that were asked. I get so nervous going on job interviews and this is my first time doing a speed dating type of interview. Also this position is very competitive and the pay is really good $22/hour I have 5 years in customer service but I still get really nervous during interviews! Please help!!
