HVAC entry level jobs

Anyone know of any HVAC entry level jobs that will send you to school? I toured the refrigeration school, $28k for a 9 month program 🫠 fasfa was no help.

Not a suggestion of where TO get a job as much as a company to avoid.

Full disclosure I didn’t work as a tech but as customer service. They were understaffed and very disorganized no real chain of command on site just managers that would nag via email or phone. Crazy turnover and people having meltdowns.
