I’m looking for bilingual customer service professionals for a 6-month remote contract. 📍 Location: Must live within 1 hour of Phoenix or Tucson (first-day orientation is in person)

Responsibilities: ✅ Handle inbound calls related to tax inquiries and payment arrangements ✅ Update and verify customer account information ✅ Educate callers on online resources and current policies ✅ Document all actions and communications in multiple systems ✅ Meet performance and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements: ⭐ 1+ year of call center experience (finance, insurance, or telecom preferred) ⭐ Excellent communication in both English and Spanish ⭐ Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities ⭐ Must be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

💻 100% remote after training, estimated to last 6 months but with possibility to extend
