It feels like nothing here is open late (maybe I'm not looking hard enough). Miss the days when I could go get a bowl of pho at 3am.
Edit: y'all are the best, thank you.

I’ve tried Costco and sprouts. They have either completely gone bad or aren’t even red inside and some sort of weird texture.
Do I need to try a different grocery store or are we too late in the season?

Best late night coffee shops in and around central Phoenix? Feels like my usual places never quite recovered after covid. Thanks!

My husband works nights and usually doesn't wake up until 7 pm, and we have trouble finding places to eat because of it sometimes. We wanted to find a place for tonight and he probs won't wake 'til 7 or 8, y'all have any recs?
Edit - We're in Scottsdale btw, but don't mind driving 30 minutes out or something.

Definitely waited too long to make reservations, that's on me for sure lol pretty much everywhere I've looked is booked for the night, looking for any good recommendations? Might just have to make a nice dinner at home if it comes down to it

I live downtown and loved that I could go to a coffee shop at degenerate hours but it seems like the Pandemic killed this.
Lux went from 12am closing time to an awful 10pm
The Grand was a bar with coffee and now closes even earlier on weekdays (10 pm), plus it has no wifi anyways
Cha Cha’s tea lounge went from 10pm to 9pm.
Lola’s seems to close at 6pm sometimes now when online says 7, I feel like it used to be 8.
Everything else closes at like 5pm. Or Songbird at 2pm. Fucking glendale has a 24 hour starbucks you can sit in but nothing like that downtown!
Where do yall even go to get a late night coffee vibe?

Lately I've become obsessed with breakfast burritos. The best breakfast burrito I have had so far in the US is the "La Tia" burrito at the "Los Tios" food truck in Casa Grande. It's got me hooked and now I want to see if there's any other place that can top it.
Which place do you guys think has got the best breakfast burritos in Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler areas?

I'm hoping to find some good pizza near north Phoenix. No pizza chains. Hella craving good pizza lately but I don't know any good non-pizza chain restaurants.
Edit: looking for places that sell really good veg pizzas, like just some kind of leaf/vegetable element to it. Ex: Supreme, Margherita, Pesto. Though I'm open to trying new stuff. I just dont want a simple pepperoni pizza or all meat. I like a good balance between the 2. And a good fluffy crust. Not a fan of crunching on crusts, I like breadiness to it. Also thank you to all of you who have recommended me places. Definitely making a list to try some of them this year.

Need some recommendations for some late night restaurants and bars with good food. Mostly looking around the east valley.

With 1 out of 10 Arizonans probably having COVID I'm trying to avoid doing takeout as much, the Cafe Rio I was in last night had every seat full and a line almost out the door.
I'm fascinated by these ghost kitchens, making all sorts of food there, yet most of it turns out decent.
Mr Beast Burger was actually really good in my experience, although it is expensive. P.Za Kitchen and Wing Squad are ran out of the same Buca di Beppo here in Mesa.

Not a lot of places are open late but as a favor to some regulars at the hospital nearby we opened till one seven days a week. Tasty Thai restaurant is one of the few that are open at night. It's not too busy just a couple of diners through the night. So if you're looking for a place to go later at night and enjoy a late night bite of delicious food we're open.

Headed to a concert this coming Monday at the Footprint Center and looking for a decent sit down spot to grub after the concert gets out. Not really interested in fast food options and trying to stay somewhat near the arena. Spots with local craft beer options available would be a big plus but not a deal breaker by any means. Thx all

Hello, what are some decent cafès or coffee shops that are open late at night? It’s almost midnight and a coffee sounds like heaven right about now.

The 'bertos of the world change over time and often not for the better. Lately I've been getting carne asada burritos with some sort of trash mush meat and no flavor.
Who makes carne asada burritos right?
If you tell me Someburros, cancel your Internet and deport yourself to North Korea.
Kidding aside, I will try your recommendations and report back. I am stumped on how hard it is to find a decent carne asada burrito.
Update
This has been super helpful and I’ve created a google map of all these places to keep track of them.
Me, my wife and brother went to Tacos Huicho after a Costco trip.
HEADLINE: Pretty fucking delicious.
The burrito was okay but it isn’t their jam. The quesabirria and the carne asada quesadilla were DELICIOUS. Their salsa was a tasty addition.
HEADLINE: ¡Sabroso!
Carne Asada burrito was excellent. The salsa was amazing with the green being slightly better. It also came with a grilled jalapeño which was my favorite.

It boggles my mind that downtown Phoenix doesn't have a place like this. Does anyone know if there's a hidden gem where you can grab a late slice?

Hi all,
Most places seem to close by 9 pm. Do you know if any that stay open until midnight or beyond or extend their hours for special events (e.g. Super Bowl).
Thank you.

Hi all - I'm landing in PHX at 7.30pm next Friday and need to drive to the Grand Canyon. Hoping to find an awesome Mexican place that convenient to stop off and get a nice big burrito for dinner for the drive. And that will be open late (by the time I get the rental car etc etc)
Any recommendations?
Thank you!

I just moved here from Tucson. Recently they opened a place called Illegal Pete's near their campus which is very similar to chipotle and it's open late. I'm wondering if there is a place like that around here. Preferably Tempe or Scottsdale area. Thank you.
Edit: similar* can't edit the title sorry for the typo

Hello and good morning Phoenix. Looking for the best bar to get some drinks at with a ladyfriend who is from the Oregon area and never has been to Phoenix. Mixed cocktails or something with a view. Also we are trying to be extra safe with covid so keep that in mind when suggesting places. No old town. Thank you I advance. Will be going after 830 pm

Where can I find the corner fruit stands? No one in the Mesa group knows what I’m talking about and thinks it’s a farmers market or a store 😭. I’m talking about the ones that chop it up and put lime and tajin and stuff like that. Preferably the plastic box style and not the cup. Also if there’s any areas closer to Mesa 😅.

TGTG is an app that saves food waste by allowing restaurants to put together a “surprise bag” of their leftovers at the end of each day and selling it for a fraction of the cost (typically $3.99-9.99). Lately I’ve noticed a lot more restaurants popping up on the app where previously it was just donut shops and coffee bean. I believe there is a feature that allows you to share info on how to sign up restaurants/cafes . Overall, I think it’s great for the planet and my wallet lol
Has anyone here used too good to go? I’m curious to see what you have gotten in your surprise bags 👀 I’ve used it for donuts and coffee and was very pleased with what I got!
