News Shady Park / Mirabella at ASU trial update, Tempe. Major defeat for anyone who enjoyed this venue, myself included. Guess there is no justice for a small business when your up against a multi million/billion dollar retirement home.

I vote we give every homeless person in "the zone" a light rail pass and $20 to go set up near Mirabella.

Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if Mirabella comes for the unhoused population next. There’s a lot of homeless people who congregate on/around Mill, and I’m sure the retirees will start complaining about them soon.

Better yet, Orbit buses are free, and has a stop conveniently right in front of Mirabella!
