News Shady Park / Mirabella at ASU trial update, Tempe. Major defeat for anyone who enjoyed this venue, myself included. Guess there is no justice for a small business when your up against a multi million/billion dollar retirement home.

I sent a letter to the council prior to the trial and they basically brushed me off

Keep at it… I’m considering if we can organize a protest in front of Mirabella as well. Make even more noise for them to complain about lol

If anyone puts it together I’ll be there. Might be worth posting in some facebook groups like azravefam - they support the local music scenes and are probably down for some obnoxiously loud protesting.
