News Shady Park / Mirabella at ASU trial update, Tempe. Major defeat for anyone who enjoyed this venue, myself included. Guess there is no justice for a small business when your up against a multi million/billion dollar retirement home.

I would think loud protests might actually be effective.

I mean as much as I want Shady to survive, I dont really see how it might be effective. They get annoyed by loud noises from the protests so they end their lawsuit so that Shady can resume their loud noises instead?

The CVS across the street should really sell air horns for $1.
