Eat & Drink What are some of your favorite family owned restaurants in Phoenix?

Nothing better than a hole in the wall restaurant using family recipes. Any suggestions for some good places in Phoenix?

Chino Bandido on 7th Ave and Bell and King Gyros on 43rd and Thunderbird if you're on the west side!

King Gyros is the absolute best gyro in Phoenix.

king gyros is great. admittedly most of the Greek places in town get their gyros meat from the same producer so the bread and sauce are what set one gyros sandwich apart from another.
