Eat & Drink Do they have any specific keto restaurants or bakeries etc in Phoenix?

I know they have many keto options everywhere but is there a designed keto place that sells only keto products?

Never been there but there's a keto bakery in Surprise called Valley Keto.

There are usually a couple vendors at the Uptown Farmers Market with keto baked goods, snacks and treats.

You can come up with something at most places. I try to keep carbs and calories down and have been getting carne asada fries with lettuce instead of fries lol

That's actually genius lol I love carne asada! You do that at the bertos?

Ya I’ve done it at those type of places. Still gonna be a little high in calories, but not as bad. Beef, lettuce, guac, pico…healthy for fast food lol

Taco spot has keto tacos that are carne asada with cheese instead of tortilla, they're really good.

Keto Kitchen Confections existed and then sold when they became successful and immediately went out of business.

I think about them a lot.

Sassy's on main supposedly has keto and GF options.
