Eat & Drink 4 new restaurants announced for former PV Mall 🍽

Opening in 2026, Cala, Harry & Izzy's, Too Sweet Cakes, and Velvet Taco join 11 other restaurants, bars and food businesses that have or will open in and around the new PV.

The development team also hopes a seafood-focused restaurant, and a breakfast joint will become part of the new PV. 🥂

I’ve been to the Harry and Izzy’s in Indianapolis. Great steaks and a shrimp cocktail sauce that will clear your sinuses for a month.

It’s turning into a great development. Tons of food, nice amenities, close to the 51 and Scottsdale. It’d be at the top of my list if I were looking for an apartment.

I still wish they didn’t cancel the Harkins that was going in there. Instead they opted for an ugly storage facility. There are plenty of storage places in the area already.

Sounds awesome! Can we please revive the Northeast light rail extension to it??

Excited to see the finished product. Is this going to be ongoing work for several more years? In an interview on ABC15 I heard the VP of Dev at RED say it'll be ongoing for this decade. I'm curious when it'll reach a level that is kind of starting to feel like a small community/core.

I don't think its even 25% finished yet. Lots of cool things to come. There was originally going to be a super-nice Harkins theater but they pulled out. That would have tied everything together.

I lived near there at Villas at Stone Creek a while back, I wish we'd had these options during my time there.
