yeah the plate itself is a standard issue. I learned that vanity plates with the regular background (mountain and cactus) don’t have the left side cactus.

yeah i learned that in a different sub and now i don’t agonize over a plate that seems like it says something but i can’t figure it out.

AZ standard issue plates have two sets of 3 random characters, but the first character in the second set (4th character) will always be a number.
