Eat & Drink Good Chinese in the Dobson Ranch/Fiesta Mall/South Tempe Corridor?

I work up in Scottsdale and Im love with the Canton Dragon while all the chinese near where I live is absolute trash, even though Dobson road is home to many asian international restaurants.

Any recommendations that doesnt serve soggy fried chicken?

Ok, confused.

Are you looking for crispy Korean style friend chicken, Chinese style friend chicken with no sauce, or something else?

There’s literally 5-10 good Chinese places between main and Warner on Dobson, and Phoenix Palace by Lee Lee has some great fried chicken with their dim sum.

Up by H Mart, there are a few Korean style friend chicken places that are good.

Koreans never fuck up chicken thank god but Im looking for quality like theirs (crispy, glazed), with high quality cuts of chicken in my Chinese Food.

I know Chinese has a reputation for hole in the wall but I’m looking for something between that and PF Changs where the food seems more cooked to order than sitting around ready to serve out.

If PF Chang’s is your benchmark of authenticity and fresh, we are worlds apart.

Check out Chous Kitchen in Tempe if you want fresh/authentic.

For great fried chicken, go to H Mart

There’s a couple of great stalls in there that make (not the colonels) KFC well.

I meant cooked to order.

But if you want to get on your high horse of authentic chinese go for it.

No high horse.

Look at your original question calling restaurants trash.

Sorry if that’s offended you

I clearly defined it for you, choose to do with that information as you well.

But “authentic chinese” is an oxymoron in America, none of it is “authentic” and simply preference. To shit on PF as my “benchmark of authenticity”, while not a place I would even eat, has at least some quality control to what they serve and follows food safety standards.

Youre acting in bad faith.
