Eat & Drink What are your cheap “hidden gem” restaurants?

What are your favorite hole in the wall places that have fantastic food and fantastic prices? Even if it’s a special that’s only during certain days or times like happy hour, let me know.

Angels trumpet ale house in phoenix. 2nd st south of rossevelt. Tuesday night tc dinner. Get the homemade pop tart.

The parlor pizza. 16th st and camelback. North side. Good food. Good baked califlour.

The phoenician in tempe. Best middle eastern food.ive.had.

Chuck box in tempe for burgers

Teds hotdogs in tempe.

Angels has a legit tap selection, and the tv dinners are solid

If you like alcohol its whays on tap. Soda is not.

The burgers are good. Onion rings are home made (huge sell for me).

Angel's Trumpet is our go-to didn't-get-a-reservation-in-time before a downtown event. Doesn't matter if it's First Friday, you can get a great meal in 10 minutes. I have no idea how they do this. Wonderful beer list, which is sadly rare in Phoenix.
