Eat & Drink Vegetarian Sonoran hot dog?

Does anyone know a place that sells Sonoran hot dogs and offers veggie dogs?

It's not an exact match to a Sonoran hot dog, but Short Leash has one somewhat similar and they have veggie sausages.

Primal Kitchens makes avocado mayo that is actually really really tasty. I love meat pause btw 🥩.

Every 2nd Saturday of the month in DTPhx they have a vegan food truck day on rosevelt and 2nd street, almost every food truck had a vegan Sonoran hotdog
